Philipp Richter & Pascal Monter

Philipp Richter - Area Sales Manager North/West

Philipp Richter was born in 1993 in Stendal, Saxony-Anhalt, and has been living in Soltau in the Heidekreis region for over 20 years. He is a trained wholesale and foreign trade merchant with a focus on fruit and vegetables. In January 2020, he entered the field sales sector of the automotive parts industry and has since been gaining valuable experience in sales.

Despite his comparatively short time of five years in the industry, Philipp has been able to build a stable network in both the specialist automotive parts trade and in wholesale. Thanks to these close connections, he has developed a keen sense of which topics and needs are most important to customers. Understanding the customer and their concerns is essential for EMKA, which is why the company is pleased to have found the right man in the right place with Philipp since April 1, 2025.

In his private life, Philipp enjoys being out and about, discovering street food festivals and hidden places both at home and abroad together with his partner. He also finds balance and relaxation working on his own car.

Pascal Monter - Area Sales Manager South/West

Pascal Monter has been part of the global community since 1972 and was born in the beautiful town of Neunkirchen in Saarland.

Through a variety of positions in both wholesale and industry - ranging from a renowned manufacturer of transport solutions to an industrial partner in the field of bodywork and electrical components - Pascal gained extensive experience and in-depth industry knowledge. Along the way, he continuously broadened his horizons, learned new things, and refined his skills.

By joining a dedicated team in the field of lubrication technology on May 1, 2025, he consciously chose a new challenge. Today, he not only looks after long-standing customers who already know him well but also develops new contacts and territories where he had not been active before - approaching the task with curiosity and enthusiasm.

Outside of work, enjoyment and passion take center stage: Pascal loves cooking and traveling - particularly to Scotland, Italy, or California. In summer, he can often be found touring in his convertibles. He has a soft spot for classic cars from the 1950s to the 1980s and a special fondness for fine Scottish whisky - an enthusiasm he happily shares with many others.
