EMKA Schmiertechnik GmbH is a medium-sized family-owned company with many years of experience in lubricants, workshop concepts and technical services. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Export & Order Processing Specialist (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

Exciting responsibilities await you

  • Independent processing and monitoring of customer orders in Germany and abroad
  • Preparation of order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices and credit notes
  • Organisation and coordination of national and international transport
  • Preparation of export-related documents (e.g. export declarations, supplier declarations, certificates of origin, ATR, EUR.1, etc.)
  • Communication with customers, freight forwarders, customs authorities and service providers
  • Maintenance of customer, pricing and product data in the ERP system
  • Support with customs, preferential origin and export control matters
  • Close cooperation with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse and Production

What you bring to the role

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as an industrial management assistant, wholesale and foreign trade management assistant, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in order processing, export processing or internal sales is an advantage
  • Knowledge of customs and export documentation is desirable
  • Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems
  • Good written and spoken German
  • Good English skills for communication with international customers and business partners
  • Structured, independent and reliable working style
  • Team spirit and a strong service-oriented approach
