EMKA Automatic Transmission Cleaner dissolves dirt on a molecular level and reliably removes operational deposits such as oxidized oil residues, resins, and other contaminants from the entire transmission oil circuit. This helps eliminate or prevent performance losses and shifting problems. Application: The cleaner is added to the oil circuit before the transmission fluid change, mixed at a ratio of 1:10 to the transmission oil volume. It should act for 10–15 minutes under frequent load and shift changes, either while stationary or during driving. Afterwards, perform the transmission oil change – ideally using the EMKA ATF flushing device Gear Tech 280 to achieve optimum cleanliness within the transmission. A cleaning/flushing should then be repeated every 50,000 km to maintain proper function and driving comfort.

Multifunctional Rust Remover with Graphite Additive

EMKA Rust Remover with MoS₂ quickly loosens rusted connections and, thanks to the combination with graphite, provides additional lubrication and water displacement. Its excellent capillary action allows it to easily reach deeper and hard-to-access areas. Moving parts remain smooth-running and are permanently protected against corrosion. The graphite additives also prevent seizing when loosening or tightening connections.

Application:
Shake the can well before use and spray the affected parts evenly from a distance of approx. 25–30 cm. Allow the agent to take effect briefly. Repeat the process if necessary.
