The EMKA CLEAN washing table cleans in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way and offers a modern, sustainable alternative to cold cleaners and aggressive solvents. The innovative cleaning system is water-based, gentle on materials and low-odour – ideal for workshops, industry, automotive and engine repair, locksmiths, as well as construction, forestry and agriculture.

Cleaning is carried out using a liquid heated to 42 °C, in which microorganisms and biologically based surfactants reliably dissolve dirt, grease and oils. Dissolved residues continue to be biologically broken down in the tank. This ensures that components are cleaned thoroughly, gently and without environmentally harmful substances.

The modular washing table is supplied including a rinse brush, articulated hose and cleaning fluid and is equipped with 4 smooth-running, robust swivel castors for mobile use. The table can be rotated on the spot around its own axis. High-quality, durable materials ensure a long service life, while wear and replacement parts can be reordered at any time.

The EMKA Clean washing table is available in two sizes:

• Width 97 x length 126 x height 109 cm

With the EMKA ATF flushing device Gear Tec 280, you can expect a clean service for long-lasting automatic transmissions – so you can enjoy your automatic transmission again. Thanks to Zero Cross Contamination, residues from different oil types are completely removed – for 100% cleaning and optimum protection against damage to the automatic transmission. The transmission flushing devices ensure that only clean, suitable oil enters the system – residues of the old oil, for example in the torque converter, are completely removed thanks to additives.

If the service is interrupted, the process restarts at the last completed step thanks to the backup function – with no loss of time. With the Remote Viewer app, operators can conveniently keep an eye on all work steps via smartphone. Once completed, the device automatically creates a clear and colourful service report, which can be sent via WiFi or saved to USB. Thanks to the dipstick function, servicing closed transmission systems is also possible without any problems.

Thanks to adapter sets, transmission flushes can be carried out on virtually all vehicles.
